This Privacy Policy describes how Golf Reservation Center ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Golf Reservation Center administrative panel (the "Service") at manage.golfreservationcenter.com.

The Service is an internal tool used by Golf Reservation Center staff and partner golf course pro shops to manage tee time reservations. It is not a consumer-facing product, and this policy applies only to Service accounts — not to golfers who book tee times through our booking widgets.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• A unique account identifier from Google or Microsoft, used only to recognize your account on return visits

We only request your basic profile information (name and email). We do not request or receive your password, contacts, files, calendar, or any other data from your Google or Microsoft account.

We also automatically record, for every account regardless of how you sign in:

• Login timestamps, IP address, and browser user agent, for security and audit purposes
• Actions taken within the admin panel (e.g. reservation changes, cancellations, refunds), so there's an accountable record of who did what

How We Use Information

• To create and manage your staff account
• To verify your identity when you sign in
• To enforce access controls — which golf course(s) and reservations you're permitted to see or manage
• To maintain an audit trail of administrative actions

Account Approval

New accounts — whether created with a password, Google, or Microsoft — are inactive until an administrator reviews and approves them. We use your name and email to make that decision, and to contact you about your account if needed.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the Service itself (for example, our hosting and database providers). We do not use your information for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account exists. Login and audit records are retained afterward for a reasonable period for security and record-keeping purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us using the details below.

Security

We use industry-standard measures — including password hashing and HTTPS — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
